Dan has over 20 years of experience in developing medical devices and surfaces for medical devices. His unique education, including degrees in biology and physics as well as mechanical engineering, makes him uniquely qualified to not only assist in the design and development of your devices but also understand how your device will interact with the body. Joe has over 20 years of experience in both the supplier and manufacturer sides of the medical device industry. For the past decade, he has served as a consultant to both technology suppliers and technology users in the areas of surface modification, surface characterization, and product development. He is currently active in researching, composing, and preparing technical documents for both internal use (technical specifications, manufacturing procedures, design history files) and external use, including submissions to trade journals, academic journals, and regulatory bodies.
