We are a commercial provider of bioactive surface, microbiology and immune response testing as well as scientific writing. We invite small to mid-sized medical device manufacturers to make the unknown known. Our team is all too familiar with the challenges of using labs with limited resources and expertise. As veterans of the medical research and device manufacturing industries, we have designed our business model to address the most common challenges and pain points and provide our clients with the best and most prompt results at the lowest cost.

Christina Thomas | Chief Scientist
Cell Culture, Assay Development, Diagnostics
Christina has spent over 18 years in the medical device and diagnostics development arena. She has 10 patents granted on various inventions relating to surfaces, diagnostics and other improvements to medical devices. She is an expert in synthetic chemistry, cellular and molecular biology, coatings and surface modification and assay development, especially in the field of diagnostics and surface development. In addition to her expertise in mammalian cellular biology, chemistry and physics, she has also developed an extensive knowledge of antimicrobial and anti-infective technologies and their application to medical devices. Dan Storey | CEO
Ph.D. | Materials Science, Biology, Management
Dan has over 20 years of experience in developing medical devices and surfaces for medical devices. His unique education, including degrees in biology and physics as well as mechanical engineering, makes him uniquely qualified to not only assist in the design and development of your devices but also understand how your device will interact with the body.
Over his career, Dan has led development teams from one to 25 people successfully through research to development and on to FDA approval and production. Joseph Chinn Ph.D.
Joe has over 20 years of experience in both the supplier and manufacturer sides of the medical device industry. For the past decade, he has served as a consultant to both technology suppliers and technology users in the areas of surface modification, surface characterization and product development. He is currently active in researching, composing and preparing technical documents for both internal use (technical specifications, manufacturing procedures, design history files) and external use, including submission to trade journals, academic journals, and regulatory bodies.
